Patch Notes 02/05/19


  • Starting this Thursday you can use the new ingame Customer Support:
    • It can be found in the Settings page – just click the button “SUPPORT”
    • The new system has a main page with a big window where the previous tickets are shown (if any)
    • There are two buttons underneath it:
      • The button “Archived Tickets” allows the player to see resolved tickets
      • The button “Create a New Ticket” lets the player write a direct message to the support team
    • The player will choose a category for the ticket: Account; Bug report; Feedback;  Gameplay; Payment and Translation
    • The Subject is mandatory, as is the Category
    • The tickets have three statuses:
      • “New”: when the ticket is without an answer from the support team
      • “Has been answered”: when the support gives an answer
      • “Waiting for an answer”: when the player waits an answer from the support team
